Delegate to the AANA Education Committee Election Nominations

Help shape the next generation of CRNA/nurse anesthesiologists. The AANA Education Committee is seeking dedicated educators to help shape the future of nurse anesthesia education. 

Each year, one delegate is elected at EDGE in February to serve a two-year term on the Committee, bringing their experience and passion for education to the national level. 

If you’re a CRNA who spends at least 50% of your time in didactic and/or clinical instruction, this is your moment to lead, collaborate, and make a lasting impact. 

Nominations are due by Dec. 15.

Thinking about stepping into a leadership role within AANA—or encouraging someone on your team to do the same? Join us for Leadership Unlocked: What to Know Before Running for AANA Office—a relaxed, interactive virtual session featuring current and former AANA leaders. 

Gain practical insight into national-level leadership, how to prepare, and what to expect from the nomination process. Bring your questions and your curiosity—this conversation is designed to inspire and equip future leaders in nurse anesthesiology.

Your students could be the next voice of the award-winning Grade 1 View podcast 

Know a student who’s ready to lead, connect, and make their voice heard? Encourage them to apply to become a host of Season 2 of Grade 1 View—the award-winning podcast for future CRNAs, by future CRNAs, presented by AANA and Beyond the Mask. 

Recently named a Gold winner in the 2025 w3 Awards, Grade 1 View gives residents a national platform to share ideas and inspire peers. 

AANA is seeking nurse anesthesia residents with at least 12 months remaining in their program as of Nov. 1, 2025, to join the Season 2 host team (December 2025–December 2026). 

Help them take the mic—and inspire their peers.
